Jazz at the office
Jazz is known for its swinging notes and improvisation In this workshop participants will explore what they might learn from Jazz music to make their conversations with their teams or peers more effective. You’ll discover how you can swing if the flow in your team needs it or how you can improvise when you are faced with unforeseen circumstances.
Most managers developed their own personal leader style through experience, intuition and training. This workshop aims on building your personal style by enriching your repertoire and toolkit. We’ll explore how the choice of tone, timbre, chords (read wording) and tempo of the conversation can influence the others.
The ultimate learning goal of the workshop is that participants can make a choice more conciously which approach or style to apply to make their teams more successful.

Open enrollment workshops
We offer workshops with an open enrollment, so that managers can learn form their colleagues from other organisations. Typically the workshop will be given on a moment when most managers have the time to invest in their own individual and personal development, like on a wednesday, friday, saturday or an evening during the week. The workshop will take 4 hours, full of lessons, experiences and music. The next workshop will be at 1 juli 2022 and starts at 19:30u
